GENERAL POLICIES
    • Santuario De San Guillermo is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily. However, on special dates such as October 30-31, November 1-2, the Memorial Park is open from 6:00am to 12:00mn. The Management reserves the right to refuse schedule for services on those dates.

    • Maintenance Care Fund is collected from all plot/vault/property owners for Memorial Park Care. This shall be held to mean the sweeping/cutting of the grass upon plots and grounds at reasonable intervals, the pruning of the shrubs and trees, the watering of lawns and plants as required to keep them healthy and green; meaning and intending the general preservation of the plots, grounds, plantings, walkway, roadways and structures to the end that said grounds shall remain and be reasonably cared for as a Memorial Park.

    • All persons coming into the Memorial Park are compelled to bring their vehicles to a full stop at the entrance for a security check. Dangerous weapons, bladed and sharp items, gambling materials, as well as alcoholic drinks are prohibited drugs are strictly prohibited.

    • Vehicles shall not be driven through the grounds at greater than posted speed, or ten (10) kilometers per hour, whichever is lesser, and must always be kept on the right-hand side of the Memorial Park roadway. Vehicles are not allowed to park or to come to a full stop in front of an open grave unless such vehicles are in attendance at the funeral.

    • Throwing of rubbish on the driveways and paths, or on any part of the grounds, or in buildings is strictly prohibited. Eating, drinking and smoking are only allowed at designated areas.

    • All flower offerings/arrangements will be collected for disposal three days after they have been offered.

    • Interment shall be used for no other purpose than the interment of human remains.

    • All improvements or alteration of individual property of the Memorial Park shall be under the direction of and subject to the consent and approval of Santuario De San Guillermo; and should they be made without its written consent, it shall have the right to remove such improvements or alterations at the expense of the plot owner, or at any time they become unsightly. Furthermore, Santuario De San Guillermo reserves the right to regulate the method of decorating plots so that a uniform beauty may be maintained. Santuario De San Guillermo shall have the authority to remove all floral designs, trees, shrubs or herbage of any kind as soon as they become unsightly and detrimental to the safety of when they do not conform to the standards maintained.

    • Monuments or stones of any kind, or enclosures, shall not be permitted on the graves within the lawn areas of the Memorial Park. Only markers provided by the Memorial Park shall be allowed. The inscription on each marker must correspond with the record in the office of the Memorial Park and no changes shall be made thereon except upon the request of the proper parties and by the permission of the Company.

    • Strangers shall not be permitted to lounge on any part of the grounds or Buildings in the Memorial Park. Children under 15 years of age shall likewise not be permitted unless accompanied by proper persons to care for them.

    • Santuario De San Guillermo is a pet friendly Memorial Park. However, pets are not allowed inside the Columbarium, Mortuary Chapels and for health regulations are. Santuario De San Guillermo requires the pet owners to bring their own supplies for their pet litters.

    • No transfer or assignment of any lot shall be valid without the prior written consent of Santuario De San Guillermo. The Memorial Park may refuse to consent to a transfer as long as there is any indebtedness due to Santuario De San Guillermo. All transfer of ownership shall be subject to current transfer charge which must be paid to the Memorial Park before transfer will affect.

    • No improprieties shall be allowed in the Memorial Park. The Park Superintendent is empowered to enforce all rules and regulations and exclude from the property of the Memorial Park any person violating the same.

    • Damage done to lots, walks, driveways, trees shrubs, markers or other property by any person shall be charged to the person concerned at the prevailing US-Dollar/ Philippine-Peso exchange rate.

Family Mausoleum

    • A body interred either on the above ground or underground niches may be transferred to their own ossuary or columbary vaults after 6 years and the empty niches may be reused for another fresh body. Exhumation and inurnment charges will apply.

    • Purchased price is for the lot only. Structure’s design and lay-out is subject to approval by the Project Director. Licenses and Permits must be secured by the owner prior to Construction. Furthermore, owner must pay Construction Fee to cover water, electrical consumption, inspection and minor clean-up. The amount of the fee shall be in accordance with the schedule promulgated by the Memorial Park at all times.

    • Owner is liable to his workers’ behavior during the entire period of construction. They are expected to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Memorial Park at all times.

    • Santuario De San Guillermo has no prescribed design for the marker. The plot owner has the right to choose his own design but specified plan for the Mausoleum must be strictly implemented.
Lawn Lot
    • Lawn Lot has been classified as a double-tiered below ground interment space with individual vaults. Each compartment of said vault shall be governed individually by all of the pertinent rules and regulations governing ground interment space.
    • Lower vault may contain one fresh body plus two remains provided both remains must be from other cemeteries and must be interred prior to or simultaneously with the body interment. The body interred on the upper vault, after six years when reduced to remains may be disinterred and moved to an ossuary or columbary and the empty upper vault may be reused for another fresh body. Exhumation charges will apply.
    • Lighted candles are not allowed when put neither directly on the marble tablet without candle holders nor directly on the ground to prevent stains, damages and bush fire. More so, putting up of personal tent is not allowed. To maintain uniformity and provide for worry free visitation, generic tents are available for rent at a reasonable rate.
    • The Memorial Park will provide the marker for each lawn lot with inscriptions that corresponds with the record in the office. Only four inscriptions are allowed on the standard 16×24 marker on one ground interment space.
Columbarium
    • Visitation Hours are from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily.
    • Visitors are encouraged to maintain an orderly and peaceful environment inside the Columbarium in reverence to people who want to spend quiet remembrance with their loved one.
    • To maintain uniformity in the appearance of the vaults, no monuments, memorials or signs may be installed on the vault covers. Candle offerings are allowed only at designated votive areas.
    • The hallways of the Columbarium are to be kept free from obstruction at all times. Chairs, benches, tables, etc. are not to be brought inside the premises. Floral arrangements left on the floor are hung on the vault rosettes or placed in other areas of the Columbarium without management approval shall be collected for disposal.
